CNC Router

Three Computer Numerically Controlled Routers are used to create 3D shapes. Typically stone slabs are affixed to the work table with industry standard suction cups along with our proprietary technology to assure the finest quality. The ability to adjust feeds and speeds for particular stones allows for great polishes without rippled edges.

Step 1 - Attach the piece to the work table and gauge the pattern using a laser light.	Step 2 - Machine picks the appropriate cutting bit and begins cutting the piece.
Step 3 - CNC Machine follows a pre-programmed path.	Step 4 - Cutting continues.
Step 5 - Machine selects appropriate Edge bit and polishes the edge.	Step 6 - The finished piece comes off the machine perfectly cut, edged and polished.
